Who we are
DevProdigee eCommerce ("DevProdigee", "we", "us") operates this website. For questions about this policy or a submitted enquiry, use the contact form.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you provide so we can review and respond to your request. That can include:
- Name and work email address
- Company or brand name
- Primary platform and requested services
- Project details you choose to share
Do not send passwords, one-time codes or payment-card details through the form.
How we use the information
We use enquiry information only to assess your request, reply to you and, where relevant, prepare a follow-up call or proposal. We do not sell this information.
Where consent is required, the lawful basis is your agreement on the form. We may also process an enquiry because we need the details to respond to a request you initiated.
Service providers
The website may be hosted by our hosting provider. Enquiry messages are sent to the DevProdigee team by email. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may collect usage data as described in the Cookie Policy.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond, manage the conversation and meet ordinary business or legal record-keeping needs. We then delete or archive them when they are no longer required.
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect enquiry information, but no website transmission is completely risk-free.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it or limit how it is used. Send a request through the contact form.
Updates
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
